Through the website, hosts can browse vendor profiles, submit inquiries, and message vendors directly to plan and arrange services for their event. Celebrella continues to add features and expand to new locations over time.

Celebrella does not process payments and is not a party to any contract, agreement, or transaction between a host and a vendor. Any booking, pricing, deposit, contract, or payment arrangement is made directly between the host and the vendor, outside of the Celebrella platform.
Celebrella does not guarantee the availability, quality, pricing, licensing, or performance of any vendor, and is not responsible for any dispute, damage, or loss arising from a host's arrangement with a vendor.

are owned by or licensed to Celebrella™ and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
User-submitted content — including vendor profile photos and videos, CeleStories™, CeleMarket listing photos, photos submitted with a host request, and any other photo, video, or media you upload to Celebrella™ — remains your property. By uploading any photo, video, or other media to Celebrella™, you grant Celebrella LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content in Celebrella LLC's advertising, marketing materials, social media channels, blog posts, and emails, and on the Celebrella™ website, for the purpose of promoting your business or listing and the Celebrella™ platform.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content and does not prevent you from using it anywhere else. Celebrella™ will make reasonable efforts to credit your business or account when sharing your content. To help build a comprehensive celebration discovery platform, Celebrella may create informational profiles for legitimate businesses using publicly available business information.
These profiles may include, where publicly available:
Admin-created profiles are intended solely to help customers discover local businesses and to provide business owners with the opportunity to claim and manage their profiles.
Vendor profiles created by Celebrella are considered Unclaimed Profiles until ownership is verified and accepted by the business.
Business owners may claim their profile at any time. Once claimed, the business owner assumes control over the profile and may edit, replace, remove, or update any information or media associated with it.
If a business owner believes any information, photographs, or other content is inaccurate, outdated, or should not appear on Celebrella, they may contact Celebrella at celebrella@celebrellali.com. We will promptly review the request and, when appropriate, update, remove, or replace the content.
Celebrella makes reasonable efforts to ensure information is accurate but cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of information gathered from publicly available sources.
The inclusion of a business on Celebrella does not imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation unless explicitly stated.
Celebrella reserves the right to edit, update, remove, or unpublish any profile or content at its sole discretion.
CeleMarket is Celebrella's marketplace for buying, selling, or giving away real, physical event and party items — decor, rentals, leftover supplies, and similar items — that the person posting the listing personally owns.
CeleMarket is not a place to advertise a business, an ongoing service, or any other commercial offering. Vendors and service providers have their own dedicated vendor profile on Celebrella for that purpose — see Section 10 above, or register at celebrellali.com/vendor/register.
Celebrella does not handle payment for CeleMarket items, hold funds, verify the condition of any item, or ship anything. Buyers and sellers arrange pickup and payment directly between themselves, at their own risk.
By posting a CeleMarket listing, you confirm that the item is genuinely yours to sell or give away and that your listing is accurate.
Celebrella reserves the right to remove any CeleMarket listing, at its sole discretion, that does not comply with this section or the Acceptable Use section above — including a listing that is actually a service or business promotion, is misleading, or is reported by another user.
These terms apply when you send photos through our Submit a Celebration page (celebrellali.com/submitacelebration), in addition to Section 4.
Your permission. By submitting, you confirm that you took the photos or have the photographer’s permission to share them with Celebrella for the uses described below, that the host or client of the event agreed to the photos being shared, and that you are not aware of anyone shown in the photos who objects. For a private celebration, Celebrella will confirm the host’s or client’s approval before publishing.
Children. If a photo shows a child under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian agreed to it being shared. Celebrella never names or tags children in published photos, and will remove any photo of a child promptly when a parent or guardian asks, no questions asked.
How Celebrella may use selected photos. Celebrella LLC may use photos it selects on the Celebrella™ website, including in blog articles and in individual CeleStories™ (including Stories created from article photos), and on Celebrella’s social media, with credit to the photographer as you provided it and, where appropriate, to the vendors involved. You keep ownership of your photos; you grant Celebrella LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish and display them for these purposes.
No guarantee, no payment. Submitting photos does not guarantee publication, and no payment is made for submissions or for photos that are featured.
Private until selected. Submitted photos are kept private and seen only by Celebrella’s team unless and until they are selected for publication. When photos arrive, Celebrella removes the location data (GPS) and other hidden camera details stored inside them.
Removal. You can ask at any time for a submission or a published photo to be removed by emailing celebrella@celebrellali.com. Celebrella will take it off the website and stop any new use; posts already shared on social media will be removed where Celebrella is able to do so.
Please don’t submit photos you do not have permission to share, photos that are inappropriate or misleading, or photos that show private information such as home addresses, documents or license plates.
Celebrella may decline, edit (for example, cropping) or remove any submission at its sole discretion.
These terms apply when you add photos to a review of a vendor on Celebrella™, in addition to Section 4.
Your permission. By adding a photo, you confirm that you took it or have the permission of the person who did, that the photo is from your own event with that vendor, and that the people shown in it agreed to it being shared. If a photo shows a child under 18, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or guardian or have their permission. Celebrella never names or tags children in photos, and will remove any photo of a child promptly when a parent or guardian asks, no questions asked.
Approved before they appear. Your star rating and written review are published right away (unless Celebrella holds them for checking, see Section 14). Photos are not: they stay private, seen only by Celebrella’s team, until Celebrella approves them, and only approved photos appear with your review on the vendor’s profile. When photos arrive, Celebrella removes the location data (GPS) and other hidden camera details stored inside them.
Declining and removing photos. Celebrella may decline any photo, and may remove an approved photo at any time, at its sole discretion, for example if it is inappropriate or misleading, does not appear to be from your event with that vendor, shows private information, or someone shown in it asks for it to be taken down. Approving a photo is not an endorsement of the review, and no payment is made for photos.
Removal at your request. You can ask at any time for a photo you added to be removed by emailing celebrella@celebrellali.com. Celebrella will take it off the website.
Please don’t add photos you do not have permission to share, photos that are inappropriate or misleading, or photos that show private information such as home addresses, documents or license plates.
These terms apply to reviews of vendors on Celebrella™. How reviews work is also explained in plain words at celebrellali.com/how-reviews-work.
Who may review. Only a host who contacted the vendor through Celebrella, who confirmed on Celebrella a booking the vendor asked them to confirm, or whose request through the vendor’s review link the vendor approved, may review that vendor, using an account with a verified email address. Each host may review each vendor once and may edit their own review. Reviews may be posted from the day after the event until 90 days after it, or until 12 months after it for a request the vendor approved through their review link (or, when the event date is unclear, from 14 days after the host first contacted the vendor, for 90 days). You may ask to review through a vendor’s review link only if you really booked that vendor.
Honest reviews only. Your review must describe your own genuine experience with that vendor. You may not review a business you own, work for or compete with, or that a family member owns or works for, and you may not accept or ask for anything of value in return for a review. Vendors may ask their clients for reviews but may not offer discounts, gifts, payment or anything else in exchange for one, and may not review themselves.
What we remove. Celebrella publishes reviews without changing them. Celebrella may hold a review for checking before it appears, and may remove a review or a vendor’s reply only if it shares personal information, is defamatory, explicit, hateful, harassing or discriminatory, contains threats, is not about an experience with that vendor, was written with a conflict of interest, or Celebrella reasonably believes it is fake. Celebrella applies these reasons the same way to every review and does not remove a review because it is negative. Removals are recorded with their reason.
Vendor replies and reports. A vendor may post one public reply to each review about them, subject to the same rules. Anyone signed in may report a review; a report does not remove a review by itself, and Celebrella decides.
Ratings. The star rating shown on a profile counts verified reviews only. Celebrella may share that rating with search engines, which decide whether to display it. Celebrella does not verify the accuracy of what reviewers say, and a review is the reviewer’s own opinion, not Celebrella’s.
