Vendors who create profiles on Celebrella™ may choose to include contact information such as a phone number on their public profile.
We strongly recommend that vendors use a dedicated business phone number rather than a personal phone number. Any phone number added to a public vendor profile will be visible to all visitors of that profile.
Celebrella™ is not responsible for any unwanted contact, solicitation, or privacy concerns that may result from a vendor choosing to display a personal phone number on their public profile. Vendors assume full responsibility for any contact information they choose to make publicly visible.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Deleting your account. You can delete your Celebrella account yourself at any time: in the Vendor Dashboard under Account Settings, or in My Account for hosts, choose “Delete My Account”. To make sure it’s you, we ask for your password, or a code we email you if you sign in with Google.
Deletion starts as soon as you confirm. You are signed out on every device, your account can no longer be used, your business listing, CeleStories, photos, videos and saved items are removed from Celebrella’s pages, search and directory, and we stop sending you emails. The rest normally finishes within minutes; if any part does not complete, we keep retrying automatically until it does, and we tell you on screen if it is still finishing.
Some information is kept without your name:
Copies of deleted information may remain in our secure backups for a period of time. Backups are used only to recover from a technical failure. Articles already published on our blog are not changed automatically; contact us if you would like us to review one.
Celebrella™ is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that information has been collected from a child under 13, we will take steps to remove it.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, or external services.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites.
Celebrella™ is currently in development. As new features are introduced, including vendor profiles, user accounts, messaging, lead generation tools, and booking-related functionality, this Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect additional data collection and processing practices.
If you upload a photo, video, or other media to Celebrella™ — including a vendor profile photo or video, a CeleStory™, a CeleMarket listing photo, or a photo submitted with a host request — Celebrella LLC may use that content in its advertising, marketing materials, social media channels, blog posts, and emails, in addition to displaying it on the Celebrella™ website.
You retain ownership of anything you upload; this only grants Celebrella LLC permission to use it for these purposes, and does not stop you from using it anywhere else yourself. See Section 4 of our Terms of Service for the full license terms. To request that specific content be removed from our marketing or social media use, contact celebrella@celebrellali.com.
When you send photos through our Submit a Celebration page, we collect what you enter: your name or business, your email address, the event details (kind of celebration, name or theme, venue and town, vendors involved, a description and an optional gallery link), the photographer credit, the photos, and the time you confirmed the photo permission statement, with the version of that statement.
We use this information to review your submission, to contact you about it, to credit the photographer and vendors, and to publish photos we select (see the Photo Submission Terms). We use your email address only to follow up about your submission; it is not added to any mailing list, and we do not sell it.
Location data is removed. When photos arrive, we remove the location data (GPS) and other hidden camera details stored inside them, so we do not keep where a photo was taken.
Who can see submissions. Submissions and photos are private and visible only to Celebrella’s team, unless and until a photo is selected for publication.
Storage and backups. Submissions are stored on our hosting provider’s servers. Copies are included in our regular backups, which are kept in a secure cloud storage service with restricted access and are used only to restore our service if something goes wrong.
Keeping and deleting. We keep submissions for as long as reasonably needed to consider and feature them. You can ask us at any time to delete your submission and photos by emailing celebrella@celebrellali.com; we will delete them from the website, from our systems and from our backups of uploaded photos. Your contact details may remain in older database backups, which are kept securely and used only to restore our service.
When you add photos to a review of a vendor, we keep the photos with your review, which is linked to your account.
Location data is removed. When photos arrive, we remove the location data (GPS) and other hidden camera details stored inside them, so we do not keep where a photo was taken.
Who can see them. Review photos are private and visible only to Celebrella’s team until we approve them. Approved photos are shown publicly with your review on the vendor’s profile. Photos we decline or remove are no longer shown publicly; we keep them privately so a decision can be reviewed, unless you ask us to delete them.
Storage and backups. Review photos are stored on our hosting provider’s servers, and copies are included in our regular backups, which are kept in a secure cloud storage service with restricted access and are used only to restore our service if something goes wrong.
Deleting. You can ask us at any time to delete a photo you added by emailing celebrella@celebrellali.com; we will delete it from the website, from our systems and from our backups of uploaded photos.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
